Managing Director
Ian is a professional well site supervisor with over 30 years 'hands-on' experience in the oil and gas industry. His expertise covers all areas of drilling, completions and well intervention in oil, gas and coal seam methane production. He currently heads a team of independent consultants providing drilling and petroleum engineering services to the Australasian oil and gas industry.
Ian's primary focus and continual long term dedication is to the implementation of safety and training to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and public to the Australian oil and gas fields.

Operations Manager
Harvey commenced with Fendley Consultancy in 2006 as an Operating Company Representative, providing support to the Drilling and Completion sectors of the Upstream Industry. Harvey has over 30 years of Industry experience, providing an impressive and successful track record in ‘hand-on’ roles through to senior management positions, in both Operations and Business Development within the Oil and Gas Industry Internationally, including with one of Australia’s largest Oil and Gas Operators for a major LNG project.
Harvey is recognised in the industry for excellence, innovation and efficiency, bringing high value customer outcomes.

Office & Business Development Co-ordinator
Gayle oversees the day to day office administration and HR of Fendley Consultancy and takes a lead role in the implementation and maintenance of systems in key areas of the business to monitor, analyse and report to the Director and various key personnel in the oil and gas industry.
Gayle also works closely with management in the role of business development. In this role she assists in the indentification and development of client relationships and their business needs.

Administrator
Erica administers all invoicing procedures ensuring quality control and adherence to our contractual agreements with our clients. She takes a lead role in assisting our consulting contractors with all invoicing requirements ensuring prompt remittance to our clients.
Erica is responsible for the coordination of training requirements, travel, and accommodation for our consulting contractors. She also attends to the updating and maintenance of all training and certification records for Fendley Consultancy.

Recruitment Officer
Beverley is Fendley Consultancy’s in-house recruitment specialist. Beverley brings to our team 6 years’ experience in HR, specialising in recruitment providing both permanent and temporary recruitment services to private enterprise, local and state governments along with remote recruitment throughout Queensland.
Beverley's experience in recruitment coupled with her Project Management, Quality Assurance and RCSA Recruitment Consultant Accreditation provides our clients with the assurance of compliance and excellence in recruitment and associated business administration.

Janita Mitchell  |

Financial Controller
Janita is responsible for corporate finance, accounting, taxation and the day to day operation of our accounts department. Her prime focus is to provide timely and accurate accountancy services and information to both our clients and suppliers.
Janita has spent several years working in the tax accounting field preceded by many years in small to medium accountacy, business development and software support enterprises.

Angela Sparrow  |

HSE Consultant
Angela provides consultancy services in health, safety, environment, quality and risk management for Fendley Consultancy. She has over 25 years' experience providing these services across a diverse range of industries, in both the private and public sectors, including large multinational companies and as State Industry Advisor.
Angela also provides HSE advice, support and training for our personnel and clients and is responsible for managing these sytems on behalf of Fendley Consultancy.

Migration Agent
Diane is a Registered Migration Agent and member of the Migration Institute of Australia. She has previously worked in the Department of Immigration & Citizenship for an overseas High Commission for six years. Diane is responsible for all migration issues relating to the engagement of overseas personnel by Fendley Consultancy.
Diane advises on the eligibility of potential employees in relation to Australian migration requirements; advises on the most suitable class of visa for our applicants; secures sponsorships where required and completes all visa formalities for our contractors and personnel.
